ScoutEngine — Football Talent Intelligence

ScoutEngine is the analytics platform that professional football scouts, analysts and clubs use to evaluate players, compare squads, and uncover transfer-market value across more than 1,200 leagues worldwide. Every profile is built from match-by-match data and refreshed continuously throughout the season.

What you can do on ScoutEngine

Built for professional decision-making

ScoutEngine combines data from multiple premium and open football sources — including detailed event data, expected-goals models, and market valuation feeds — to produce a single, consistent player profile. Position-normalised percentile bars let you compare a centre-back in the Eredivisie against a centre-back in the Bundesliga on equal footing. Role-archetype clustering, similarity ("DNA") matching, and tactical-fit scoring against 14 predefined role profiles help you identify replacement candidates and emerging talent.

How clubs use ScoutEngine

Recruitment departments use the Pipeline Kanban to manage shortlists from initial watch through to offer. Analysts use the Tactics Lab studio to draw pressing patterns, build-up phases and set-piece routines on a tactical pitch. Performance teams use the Match Performance views to study individual game logs and post-match heatmaps. Everything is read-only by default, with role-based access for enterprise organisations.

Editorial coverage and analytics

The public side of ScoutEngine — accessible without an account — includes free match analytics, league standings and top-scorer tables across the major competitions, plus the World Cup 2026 hub. Premium club features, scouting boards, advanced reports and ScoutAgent (our AI scouting assistant) require an account.
